Breed and sex of chicks?

Thank you! I sure hope they’re all females, I can’t keep any roosters. I was keeping an eye on the OE already, I was a bit worried about it’s crest. I do have one more, but it was inside while I was filming. I’ll probably post a photo tomorrow.

When I say crest, I mean the tuft of feathers on its head. Not the comb.

No problem! We all started out somewhere.
The crest it a breed trait. CCLBs have crests, so the fact that the little OE/EE has a crest means it has CCLB in its heritage.

Also, I presume the OE is the one with most obvious comb? I’m not sure which you were referring too.
