Breed and sex of mystery chickens

    My friend found these chicks abandoned with some feed on the side of a country road, which leads me to believe they're cockerels (which would be welcome with my flock of hens). Can you confirm sex and breed? I think they might be a silver laced wyandotte and a d'uccle.

    I think you're right about both the breeds and the genders. I think you have two cute little cockerels :)

    Poor little guys. I'm glad it turns out that you want/need some boys, and these guys needed a nice home. :)

    And just to be a killjoy: Be sure to check them over for parasites/any other disease symptoms before introducing them to your girls. The 30 day quarantine period is probably advisable. :old
