Breed/gender help please? and a question about combs?

And now for the comb question. Can you tell breed and/or gender by looking at the combs? I love the comb on this one it looked like a little crown when it first came out. What is this kind of comb called? Some of my babies don't have combs yet, some are just showing up and a couple(like this one) have BIG ones and wattles too.

Where did you get them from ? They are all roos but the second one looks like my project Lemon Cuckoo Orpington chicks.
