My sister’s coworker had chicks to feed his reptiles and one grew big enough they couldn’t get it. We have three hens which is our city limit but our neighbors are all ok if we have four hens, but not a rooster. We know a few places a rooster could go but we’d love to keep it/her! She looks a lot like our Rhode Island Red did as a pullet but i don’t know if there are similar looking birds. Any thoughts on age? She’s pretty tiny, fits on the brim of a baseball cap!

Thank you! How fun! We have only had six hens, including the three bigs we have now, so definitely beginners. Having a tiny would be neat. She is SO chatty and clingy, wants to be on a human all the time. Maybe bc she’s from a reptile tank in a humans house and not a farm/breeder - she’s so different than the others. I don’t know enough to know if her size is because she’s young or because she’s just small.
