Special Black rooster maybe, we have a whole bunch of special black chicks and two of them look just like that. perfect black expect a bit of brown. the other possibility is asian blues we have asain blue hens that look like that without the brown. never seen a asian blue rooster before though. special blacks are also called just blacks or ISA blacks(every hatchery has its own name)
