Breed/gender

Hi all
I was told this was a wheaten maran or RIR. Any ideas? About a month ago I was told the chick was 7 weeks, so would be 11 now, but not sure this is accurate. Thoughts really appreciated on breed & gender.

I agree with Happy.

Only problem I see is the leg color. Wrong leg color for RIR. Could just be a flaw though. Could be a mix between the two.

Definitely looks like a pullet.
