I'm unsure on the gender or breed of this chicken. Any info would be appreciated, thank you

Definitely looks to be a cockerel. Coloring is similar to a Cream Legbar or Bielefelder. How old?

I was really hoping hen, it was my favorite out of the 8 I had bought, super friendly to me but not so friendly with my husband

Rooster. Where did he come from, hatchery or breeder? Do you have pics of other birds you got at the same time to help determine breed?

Could be a rhodabar rooster. Cross between RIR roo and BR hen since both were in last picture.
