Breed ID assistance needed

    What kind of comb does it have? Where did it come from, how much history can you give us?

    Her name is Scarlett. She was given to me by my sister in law from a feed store (maybe TSC?) around Austin, Texas that gets chicks from Ideal hatchery. Employee said she was a Russian orloff and was being overrun by other chicks so gave her to my sis in law who gave to me. Employee also said she had been there about a week on March 14, so estimated hatch date of March 5. So about 4 weeks in pics of initial post. Looking up Russian orloff wasn't sure that was right so I pushed to RO society FB page and an admin said that she's not an RO. Here's more pics

    Definetly not an Orloff. My first thought was a Partridge Chantecler.

    Definitley not an Orloff.

    Partridge something, with a rose ? comb...Not too many breeds with that combo.

    Ideal has both partridge Wyandottes and Chanteclers. I'm thinking one of those is your bird. You'll probably have to wait until she's more developed to see which she is.
