Hi, my 6-year-old son recently picked up this "Trio" which turned out to be 2 Roos and I hen. :) They're probably 4-5 months old now, very petite Bantam breed, love to fly, HIGH, and do not behave like or hang out with any of the other chickens on our property. Very flighty, not friendly, much thinner than our other Banties... My son is so intrigued by them and is dying to learn more about them! The one roo has the coloring of White leghorn, but I believe the three are the same breed, because they came together, but also their body type is identical...

I think they must be American games or American game mixes. Probably some Mediterranean breed like Leghorn or Minorca is involved in their ancestry, too, judging by the body types of the two colored birds. The white rooster looks a bit different to me, like maybe a bantam mix. His body is not as long or muscular. They are pretty birds!

Thank you for your detailed response. Yes, they are very pretty - super fun to watch them run and fly, too! My youngest son is chicken--obsessed, so I'm trying to encourage him in his passion to learn all he can! :)
