Breed of 4 week old chick

Here is another one I have. Same age. (Almost 4 weeks) much taller. Feathers on black legs and super duper sweet. No clue what this one is. Any help is appreciated

What physical features tells you if it is a rooster at 4 weeks? Size of comb or color?

The size and color of the comb for 4 weeks is pretty big which could be an indication, but it is so young I'm not positive.

How can you tell on this breed if it is a cockerel?

Solid black chest feathers and a big, pink comb at only 4 weeks old. Pullets don't start to pink up until they are getting close to laying age, regardless of breed.

McMurray hatchery only has Cuckoo Marans, and that chick is not Cuckoo.
