Breed or color for these 2 chicks?

I have 2 chicks who don't seem to have feathers on there necks, ive herd of turkens and naked necks but i can't tell the differences. I also want to know what color(color breed if that makes sense) these chicks are. Im guessing the black one is a jersey giant cross because her size but she seems to have brown spots on her head. Not sure about the white one though.

Looks like you have a white turken cockerel and a black turken pullet.
