Breed/Sex for 5.5 week old chicks

Hey everyone - looking to see if anyone has ideas on sex and possible breed for these 4 chicks below

These are from a backyard breeder and there are a number of potential breeds the parents could be.

I was thinking possibly White Plymouth Rock for Sunny and Light Brown Leghorn for Chip (looked like a chipmunk as a hatchling) but would love opinions on all 4 for sex and breed.

I would say nothing screams cockeral for any of them. I am unsure of nymber 1 but number 2 could be a welsummer maybe, number 3 Easter Egger, and number 4 a polish mix?

All look like mixed breeds to me.
1st and 3rd have EE in their mix. No idea on 2nd one but it's not a brown leghorn. The last one has crest genes so idk.

Thanks. Hadn't even looked at Welsummer for #2 and only thought Leghorn because she looked like a chipmunk after hatching. Welsummers seem to look similar to that.

Your welcome! Yes welsummers and brown leghorns do look similar. When they are a little older you should be able to tell for sure what they are!

I'd agree that nothing screams "cockerel." I also agree that the two with "cheeks" are likely Easter Eggers - both of which have the possible "plus" of colored eggs. Regardless of what breeds they are - you're gonna have a VERY pretty little flock!
