Our baby came to us a week ago. Was told s/he was "a couple weeks old". So don't have a definite age on Quackers. Was wondering if anyone can tell its breed or gender. Or is it to early to tell?

If they're not good enough of pictures to tell, let me know I'd be glad to take & upload more. :-D

I would say it is a pekin! As for sex you will probably have to wait.

Ah, thanks @TaraBellaBirds I figured I'd have to wait for the gender. My 4yr old daughter insists it's a boy though lol.

I agree it looks like a Pekin, but I'm a chicken person and don't know much about ducks (although I've had a few, including Pekins). I have to admit that ducklings are the ultimate in cute. You should post this on our duck section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/42/ducks and maybe someone there can ID its breed (for certain) and gender for you. Good luck with your duck.
