Can anyone tell me what this little girl is? We ordered a straight run batch from a hatchery that included 1 free exotic (what it said on the order form). This chick is different from all the others so we think it might be the rare/exotic one. She is very gray/silver with some black and white. Any idea what she might be?

[IMG] Going by the comb and feathering, the chick might be a silver laced Wyandotte.

She's a pretty little thing. I've never had Wyandottes but if sourland says that's what she is, he's most likely right.

Hope you're enjoying all your new chicks!

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. I'm thinking Silver Laced Wyandotte as well at this point. If you haven't done so already, definitely check out our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is lots of useful information there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Cheers.
