Breed with feathers growing forward?

It could be any breed. It just has to have a frizzled gene. If one parent has the frizzled gene, the offspring is frizzled. I had a frizzled hen once. To the best of my knowledge, it is not advisable to breed two frizzles together. 50% of the offspring will be frizzled, 25% will be normal and 25% will be over frizzle with brittle feathers.

I read somewhere that they tend to go broody. My frizzle hen raised several batches of chicks and was a vicious protector of her broods. Being frizzled, she seemed even more frightening when she charged with her hackles up.
