If I have a silkie hen and a showgirl rooster, what percentage of the offspring will be silkes/showgirl/etc?

It would depend on whether your SG roo is carrying a SG dominant gene or not.

if the showgirl has a big tuft of feathers in the middle of his neck, he is probably only carrying one showgirl, (Naked Neck) gene. If that is the case, approximately half the babies will be showgirl, half will be silkies. If his neck is totally bald, or just a few feathers in the middle he may carry two copies of the gene, in which case all the babies will be single gened showgirls, with a big tuft in the middle of their necks.
