breeding help, percentages inherited and produced etc.

I have some birds I'm trying to breed, extreme beginner here. Both are pure breed, but different lines. One, how do you calculate the percentages that they are? My hen is a H x V back to H, and my cock is an F1 cross H x V, which is easy enough, he's 50%/50%. And what percentages do you get from my cock and hen crossed? Hope this makes sense, I'm very confused. lol
