Breeding olive eggers and other EE

I know this has probley already been answered, but I have read alot of the EE posts and haven't seen what I want to know. Does it matter when breeding for Olive eggers if the hen is the Amerucana, or the Maran? Also if I have Amerucana roo will I get blue/green eggs from the offspring when breed to a brown egg layer?

No, it doesn't matter if it is the roo or the hen. One has the blue egg gene (which is blue, green, or anywhere in between) and one has the dark brown egg gene and you get Olive Eggers. These will be various shades of Olive. They will be lighter the first generation. To get darker you need to breed back to a dark brown egg breed.
