What would I get if I crossed a French Black Copper Maran Rooster with a Production Red Hen?

You should get birds that are intermediate in color. The females will be black but have red mossy feathers and the breasts should contain some red feathering.
The adult males will be crow winged and have more red on their bodies and breast than a black copper.

Some of the offspring could be wheaten so you will get columbian restricted (similar to the production red) red males and red wheaten females.

    hmmm ...

    might be a fun cross.

do you think the hens might lay more like a production red? with darker then usual eggs?
