Dun describes to a color of a cow or horse which is a dull grayish brown. This is probably what you are wanting to know.

As a verb, dun can mean to repeatedly ask someone for money in an annoying way.

Dun is an allele of dominant white that dilutes eumelanin (black pigment) into a chocolate colour.

Quote: Oh, well that is probably the definition that fits this site & the question. LOL. I know my Dexter cows come in three colors: black, red and dun.

I also tell opponents' attorneys to "quit dunning my client for money."
