Breeding Show Quality Silkies

Hello all, I am going to be purchasing some champion show quality silkies for breeding from a master breeder, who breeds the best silkies in new england, and I had a few questions.

If I wanted to breed and sell silkie chicks/ pullets what vaccinations and things would I need to do after they're born?

How could I breed greater quality chickens while avoiding inbreeding?

What facilities would I need for a small scale, but professional, silkie breeding operation?
