Breeds? And possibly age on the rooster?

Hi, Im new to this whole chicken thing and I am LOVING IT! I am curious as to which breeds of chickens I have here. I have one pullet about 8 weeks old that came from a co-op in Nashville, TN, and a Cockrell, or Rooster, not sure how old or what breed he is. He came from Mexico. Thats the only background I have on him. His "crow" is pretty darn pathetic, so I guess he must be about a year? But I figured I'd leave it in the hands of the more experianced. So take a look. Thanks in advance for all the help!

I agree the girl looks like a young black Sexlink pullet. And being from Mexico I'm not sure what breeds they have there but the rooster looks like a game mix but he looks really cool. I love the color and I'd love to have that roo too.

The hen is a black sex-link, and the rooster looks like some sort of game mix. He's a pretty boy.

Probably a mexi game cock. And are you sure the other is a pullet? Looking kind of cockerel-ish to me.
