Breeds of geese

So I hear a lot about how the Chinese geese are good protecters but really loud. What’s everybody thoughts on American buff? Tell me about your experience

My American buffs were wonderful up until this past spring when they became loud and obnoxious. They have since calmed back down. They still talk but it isn't ear shattering like it was during the breeding season. So be prepared for that. I wasn't, but now I am.
