If you can't separate them - not really.

Put some boards up against the sides of the run so they have somewhere to hide and somewhere to get out of each others sights.
Dangle a head of lettuce or something in the run so they have something to divert their attention. Anything that will take their attention away from the Sussex.

I might have a spare one of the council get in touch! That said, he's 12-13wks now and I haven't heard a crow. When they do start, I'm hoping they'll be quieter for a smaller cockerel.....
