A few days ago I noticed my amerucana rooster has no feathers on one leg and has lost quite a few tail feathers. Also his skin is very red in those places without feathers. His leg appears to possible be trying to grow feathers back. He is in a pen/coop with 5 hens and they are all perfectly fine. Any ideas what it could be or what I could do to help him? I don’t’ understand it in those areas and just one of his legs.

Can you post some photos?

Observe your hens to see if they are plucking him.
I will get photos tomorrow. I don’t believe they are plucking him. I’m out there quite a bit and I haven’t noticed it. He is very dominate over them if that makes sense.

Here he is

Just one leg like that, that's a mighty selective beating. No blood or scabs or injuries that something did grab him?

Can / Do chickens self pluck when stressed or anything like Parrots can be prone to do? Just curious.

No blood, no scabs, nothing. But I agree he looks beat up! Also there aren’t piles of feathers in the pen that would make you think something grabbed him.

I'd guess he did his job and protected the girls from something? He looks very "beat up".
Yes I agree! Although their isn’t any piles of feathers or anything that would make me think something tried to get to them. Also they are in 20ft by 15ft enclosure that is 6ft tall. There is the fencing all the way around it you can see in the background of his photos.
