Bringing birds to the beach

I'm wondering if there are any laws against bringing some of my Quail to the beach

I'm going to bring a small chicken tractor made for quails to the beach and let them dust bathe in the sand.

I live in Jupiter Florida and it would be greatly appreciated if someone had a source on any rules regarding this. Thank you!

Not sure... but I honestly don’t think it’s a good idea. Who wants quail poop all in the sand? That’s just nasty

also.... seagulls and other sea birds (the little ones running at the edge of the water) could spread any illness they may have. I would also think it would stress the birds and raise complaints from other people whether or not it is legal.

Sand fleas, sea lice! Plus I think my birds would be stressed if I took them away from home (anywhere). The journey there would be stressful, the new environment, the people, all of it.

How about you get a small tub or kitty litter pan or something and bring sand to the birds instead?

I still wouldn't use beach sand. Better to buy play sand.
