Brinsea fan issue

Hi group. I have a Brinsea Ovation EX and I am having trouble with it. I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with the fan? I just purchased it last year and was able to hatch a few goose eggs. However, I lost the second batch. First the fan stopped working and then the machine stopped working completely. I took it apart, didn't see anything and then put it back together. Of course it started back up perfectly but the eggs were lost. This year it started up fine and was working well until yesterday and I'm halfway through another goose incubation. The fan turns for 10 seconds and stops abruptly, then starts, then stops. I took it apart and put it back together but unfortunately this time it didn't solve the problem. Has anyone else had these issues or ideas? I have not contacted Brinsea yet. Thank you.

Never had problems with ours, so far used it 5x, we got ours last year too, that’s a pretty pricey item to be broken after few hatch. Did you contact Brinsea? It should be under warranty but it’s a bummer that your in the middle of the hatch.
