You will need to keep a close eye on her because it could lead to an infection which could be deadly.
Also if the egg was shell less you may see soon something protruding from her vent. It will be almost leathery depending on how dry it is. This is the egg membrane and may be stuck. Don't just pull on it willy nilly. Give it a gentle pull and see if it moves. If it doesn't you'll want to give her a warm empsom salt soak to soften and loosen it.
If the egg had a shell that shattered in her the shell bits could rupture her internally.
