Can you post another photo using natural lighting - the red light makes it hard to see.

Twisted, curled toes may not be broken - it could be due to genetics, vitamin deficiency, problems during incubation, etc.
Add poultry vitamins that contain B2(Riboflavin) to your water - I think poultry cell has what you need.
You can try taping the toes to see if that helps, if caught early enough toes can usually be fixed.

Agreed. I cant see much either....
