Hi there. Can people share their photos of bronze BS hens please. I feel like I have one but not 100%.

It would be better if you would post pics of your hen so we can see if she looks Bronze to us. Pay special attention to the front and back of the neck, the tail, and the spread wings.

She is neither Bronze nor White Eye. Bronze does not have black tails, they are grayish/ brown. WE will have more of a throat patch and white on the flights and the green on the back of the neck will be more of an olive drab. Your hen appears to carry a little 'Red Buff', it is not a recognized pattern by the UPA but a special project of mine here at Spring Creek Peafowl.

Oh nice. Thanks for that. I haven’t seen that red buff over here in the Uk before.
