Has anyone here ever had success with a broody duck hatching chickens? I've read that it is possible and successful, but I'd like to talk to someone who had at least attempted it. :)

It can be done. Occasionally ducks (because of their webbed feet) may crush chicken eggs. Also if the duck has access to water the chicks will become wet and chilled when they try to brood under her. On the other hand chicken hens can very effectively hatch and raise ducklings.
