Quick back story:I have a broody Buff Oprington and bought fertilized eggs for her. They hatched this past week. I have 3 living chicks and mama pecked 2 others to death. She was still sitting on 5 eggs that were probably never going to hatch so I bought chicks (under 5 days old) and last night we swapped out eggs for live chicks. She seems to have accepted 1 of them, but she chases and pecks at 2 of them. I'm concerned she is going to kill those 2 babies. Do I separate them out and raise them under a a heat lamp by themselves or do I chance it and leave them with the mama?
Any help and suggestions are welcome!

If this hen is pecking any chicks I would remove them all. She may kill them. Not every broody hen makes a good mother or knows what she's doing.
