Broody Hen Countdown to Hatch

I have my very first broody hen. Her own last egg was laid the 18th of May, the last eggs we put under her was on May 20th for a total of 10 eggs. One broke last week, so now there are 9. I'm looking forward to this weekend - do I count the 21 days from the day of her last egg laid or ???
Trying really hard not to count the chicks before they hatch! I'm leaving her totally alone as I'm sure it would be best, but omgeee, I'm excited.

@Sublight - I'm so grateful for this one. I'd read that lots of hatchery chickens have lost their broody tendencies, so I was not sure if it would happen. I hope you get your wish one day!

I just imagine a ole hen clucking around with a bunch of yellow babies waddling around her. It will happen. I am thinking about buying a silkie just for that purpose.
