Broody hen - first chick hatched!

Aaaa, so happy! First time broody hatched her first chick! It's going to be a staggered hatch... Friend is letting me borrow an incubator once she leaves the eggs.

I have a broody that has hatched 4 and has 3eggs left. One of the three has hatched and is alive for now and another 1 has pipped but mother has left the nest with the other 4. I felt of eggs and they were not warm. I’ve brought them and the one that has hatched in the house and put them under a heat lamp. Is there anything else I should do?
