Hi, help needed kind of urgently please..... We have a broidy hen who has been sitting on her eggs for roughly 3 weeks, one hatched this morning. It was dead when we saw it, not sure whether she accidentally killed it or if it died after it hatched. She has been doing a great job until yesterday. She decided she didn't want to go back into herbix after her little free range/feeding/pooing time that she's had every day, so I put her in! Today I went out and she had the eggs scattered around the box and had gone to the toilet on them. The eggs are cold. She just wants to be out of the box and has no interest in the eggs any more.... Don't know what to do with her. I don't want to try and force her in there, but her bloodiness is definitely gone, has this happened to anyone before and did the eggs hatch?? Thanks!
