Broody hen sit on eggs mix ?

I've got a broody hen and have found a seller on Ebay selling 18 large fowl chicken eggs. how many eggs can a broody hen sit on mix ?

She is using a plastic box for her nest that she fits in nicety.

Its according to the size of your hen and how the nest is made---if she is a good size hen with a bowl shaped nest probably 14, maybe even 16 according to how big those "large fowl" eggs are. If she can cover all 18 good-----you can candle in about a week and remove any clear(if any) to make more room in her nest. Good Luck!
