Hi everyone I have a buff Orpington who went broody this Monday I decided I'd let her sit but I have no cockerel so I ordered some eggs for her they will only arrive Friday evening and I was worried that she might not stay sitting for the whole duration of the incubation. Can anyone shed some light for me ?

Give her some eggs, even if they aren't fertilized. Real eggs or artificial will keep her in the nest until you get the fertilized eggs.
