I have one of my Quails gone broody. My question is how many eggs can she handle her ?
What kind? If it is a button she is good up to 9, any more than that and it becomes a little tight.
She is a Coturnix just gone broody. I was wondering what was up with her and she's sitting on an egg so I said what the heck I'll 3 more. what do you think?
Wow, that's really rare. Go ahead and put more under her. Keep us posted!
GOOD LUCK WITH HER, BUT DONT BE SURPRISED IF SHE'S OVER IT SOON. QUITE A FEW WILL GO BROODY, BUT VERY FEW STICK IT OUT TIL HATCH. WISHING YA LUCK WITH IT
Good luck with her! I hope that she sticks with it.
