Broody Silkie should I leave her or take the eggs away? !!

I just bought a flock of Silkie birds, one that I am sure is a female! I didn't have any eggs from her yet, figured the move was traumatic

. I couldn't find here today and looked everywhere, there far under the coop I found her laying with her head down

Feared she was sick or hurt so I crawled under the coop. . . she is laying broody on 13 eggs!!!

I have only had her 15 days!! I marked the eggs and left her to them but What about the time difference of the eggs should I worry about some rotting or should I just check them every few days???
