I am good for silly questions lol. Can a chicken go broody with out a roo? I know it would be pointless for them to go broody without a roo.

I have an old lady buff Orpington called Pam that not only doesn’t have a husband..she doesn’t even lay eggs anymore and she STILL goes broody every spring![]()
