Has anyone noticed their girls going broody more often when there is no rooster??
It's because if you have too few hens the roo will aggravate her while she's on the nest.
I have 27 hens and 2 roosters
Idk then, unless your Roos are just very active lol.
Everytime i get rid of my roosters my girls go broody. Keep roosters and nothing....
I'm feeling like you just got bad luck then.
My 2 roosters are fighting w each other now. But on a good note i have 3 broody hens now!
