    I have two questions, First how often does a chicken/hen go broody

    second: how often does a female duck go broody

    I don't know anything about ducks, but i'm assuming they're similar to chickens, who don't have a schedule. Some never go broody; some others seem to be broody most of the time. Some breeds are almost more prone to broodiness, while other breeds have kind of had the broodiness bred out of them.
