Okay so I made homemade yogurt with my machine......Love it!!!!!!!!! We vow never to buy high fructose filled yogurt ever again.
So Brownies? thats why you are here. I was looking for a recipe for some brownies and was troubled by the amount of butter and oil and eggs in every recipe. But I did stumble acroos this recipe.

    1c sugar
    1/2c baing cocoa
    6T plain or vanilla yogurt
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla ext.
    1/2c flour
1/4c chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, hickory nuts, or peanuts)

    1. Mix cocoa, yogurt, & sugar together.
    2. Add egg whites and vanilla.
    3.Stir in flour then nuts.
    4. Pour into 8x8 pan, greased
    5. bake 25-28 in at 350 degrees!
    6. Cool in pan and cut into 16 servings.
    7. You can sprinkle confectioners sugar on top if you want.

    Total calories per brownie...drumroll please............................................................................90!
Plus or minus depending on the kind of nuts and yogurt and such. But I was impressed and excited. And they taste great!
