So, I went into the kitchen for dinner and Alana had a surprise for me. She wanted to show me the yummy sandwich she had made, a “brussel sprout and bread sandwich”.

She took a bite, loved it, and ate the whole thing! Amazing.

Brussels sprouts are wonderful, lightly steamed with a dash of garlic, ground black pepper and sea salt. Gotta pick the sprouts young!

    Nifty,

Alana is missing a slice of white American cheese and a bit of Guldens mustard with her sandwich, that would make the perfect broccoli sandwich! [IMG]
