BST Creating a classified

Hello I have read the rules a million times and I have agreed to them i still cant post a classified can some one help me on what I am doing wrong?

You're just barely past the required 20 posts. Most likely, the system hasn't caught up with itself yet, aand recognized that you qualify. I'd suggest waiting a few hours and trying again.
