Buckeye 1 day old girls??

    I know they are auto sexing. So do ya think any boys here? None look like the male pics I have seen with very obvious yellow dots on head!

    As far as I know buckeyes aren't autosexing? They aren't barred so the dot on the head thing that works with other autosexing breeds and black sex links shouldn't work with them.

    Buckeyes aren't auto sexing. They're a solid red bird, so males and females are the same.

    Those are not Buckeye chicks. And Buckeyes aren't autosexing.

    I think from OP's post history they may have meant that these are bielefelders.

    YES!!!! I am an idiot!! Haha I WANT buckeyes but yes bielefelder chicks! So that being cleared up what do u think???? Sorry I live on a river that is flooding and tho MY yard safe some on our street are touch and go!

    Looking like pullets, but good autosexing is dependant on how well the breeder has kept up with it in the breeding lines.
