Buff brahma hen wont eat or drink

my hen is about 1 year old and Saturday night i noticed she was roosting early with her eyes shut. Sunday in the afternoon she still hadn't come down. I picked her up and took her outside. She drank some but acted like it was uncomfortable to put her head down and she wouldn't eat not even cooked rice or vegetables. I put her in her own pen to keep an eye on her. This morning she won't drink or eat walks very little and very slow. Her poop is creamy light yellow runny. I felt her crop and it feels empty but when she is sitting there it sticks way out

I would like to add every once in awhile she does this thing with her beak that looks like she is gaging
