Buff Brahma - Pullet/Roo? Thoughts?

Here's Mabel... or Clark? 16 week old hatchery Buff Brahma. Has large waddles (compared to my other Brahmas of same age) but they haven't really grown in 4-6 weeks?! Hoping for a pullet, roos aren't allowed - bummer, because this one is a sweetie! No other notable rooster characteristics, but perhaps still too young? At 16 weeks I was hoping it'd be clear... jokes on me Thanks in advance!

X3 on pullet. Your Buff Brahmas are certainly beautiful birds. The first breed I ever had were Brahmas (about 50 years ago), and they were gentle giants. )
