Buff hen or rooster. Help!

Hi everyone,
This is Sunny. I was told that she is a buff Orpington but I am getting concerned that she may be a boy. She is 15 weeks old and starting to get longer curled feathers on her tail, and pointed tips on the feathers around her neck like a rooster. Any opinions or things to look for? I haven't heard any crowing or different clucks from her compared to my other girls.

My dilemma is that I am in an area where roosters are illegal to have and am concerned that I may have to find a new home for my leader of the flock.

I was afraid of that. It looks like spurs are starting to come in as well. I'm so heartbroken.
