Buff Orpington chick struggling to breathe and has runny poop

I have 2 buff Orpington chicks that are 5 days old. One of them seems to be struggling to breathe. It’s still eating, drinking, and playing with the other one though. As well as struggling to breathe it’s poop is runny. The other one seems normal. Should I be worried? I’ve kept the brooder clean, temps vary depending on where they stand, and I don’t see anything physical (normal size, clean butt, clear airways and eyes) it’s the one under the feather duster

Struggling to breathe like gasping for air or just quickly breathing? Any other symptoms like bubbles in the eyes or snot?

How warm is your brooder and how much ventilation?
